10-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

 

CCM Enterprises (hereinafter CCM ) warrants CORINTHIAN 2000 to the original purchaser for ten years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.  This warranty covers only cracking, staining, yellowing, or other conditions that render the product unserviceable for the application for which it was designed by CCM.

 This warranty is void in the event of customer abuse, construction damage, or damage caused by heat in excess of 175 degrees Fahrenheit applied to the surface of the material.  Precautions for solid surface use as outlined in the ownership material accompanying delivery of the countertop must be followed to obtain the benefit of this warranty.  Precautions for the use of CORINTHIAN 2000 include but are not limited to: 

  1. Never using the surface as a cutting board; 
  2. Never set hot pots or pans directly on the surface; 
  3. Do not pour water hotter than 175 degrees Fahrenheit into a CORINTHIAN 2000 sink;
  4. Do not use the following appliances without protecting the surface from the heat generated by the appliance:
    1. Electric waffle iron
    2. Electric toaster or toaster oven
    3. Electric crock pot
    4. Electric wok
    5. Electric curling iron
    6. Any other appliance that generate high heat
  5. Do not allow pots to extend off a stove top or cook top of the surface of

CORINTHIAN 2000.

 CCM will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective material or refund the price of material defective in its manufacture or installation however, this warranty is void if the product is installed or repaired by a fabricator or installer who is not CCM certified.  The responsibility of CCM for this product is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of purchase price only; CCM shall not be responsible under this warranty for any consequential or resultant damages arising as a result of the purchase, manufacture, installation or use of CORINTHIAN 2000 including but not limited to damages such as attorney fees, court costs, loss of use, inconvenience, emotional distress, frustration of purpose or otherwise.  This warranty does not apply to visible seams or color variation, which are a normal part of installation and/or manufacture.

 This warranty terminates ten years after the date of original sale.  Neither the replacement of parts or product nor the repair or refinishing of the product shall extend the warranty period, regardless of the number or times the product may have been repaired or replaced.  THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND SUPERCEDES ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

 This warranty may be transferred to subsequent owners only upon the express written consent of CCM and may be subject to a transfer fee.  Please contact CCM (619) 562-2605 for a warranty transfer inspection.
